Description:
4.5” x .045” x 7/8” Depressed Center Cut-Off Wheels by Black Hawk Abrasives are Black Hawk’s most popular 4-1/2 inch cutoff disc but now in recessed center form for flush cutting.  The 4-1/2” x 3/64” x 7/8” Type 27 cutoff wheel features premium heat-treated aluminum oxide grains, a double dose of high tensile strength fiberglass mesh reinforcement, and a T27 sunken center. The high-quality construction of these depressed center 4.5” cutting discs creates a versatile abrasive that is fast cutting, extremely long lasting and provides increased rigidity when compared to Type 1 flat cut off wheels. When using these 4 ½” cutting wheels you will notice a smoother cut with less flexibility and reduced downtime for changing discs. These 4.5 inch cutting wheels are ideal for slicing through sheet metal, structural steel, thin rebar, iron pipes, bar stock and can be used on stainless steel, steel, and cast iron. Black Hawk 4-1/2” x .045” x 7/8” cut-off wheels with depressed centers are made for 4.5” angle grinders with T27 compatible guards.
